Back in the 18th & 19th centuries Pembrey village was a scattering of farms and cottages surrounding the village square. My ancestors as far as I have found all actually lived within 500/750 yrds of each other between Pal and Pwll Y Whiad with Pen Y Bance & Sunny cottage being in between.
