2/I think the two house (Semi detatched. "pics pal04 & pal05") are those where the Davies/Erasmus families lived.

13 & 14/Leighton House. This house is actually built on the foundations of the Pen Y Star Farm Stables and is not very old, probably early 50s. Pen Y Star Farm itself was demolished and stood more or less at the side of Pen Y Banc Cottage.

15/Anothe view of Pen Y Banc Cottage. There were actually three cottages together. early data shows 1 Penybanc, Penybanc, 2 Penybanc.. I have a memory of a second mainly derelict cottage allongside the main one from the time I looked to buy the property in the mid eighties.
